With the awareness that expertise in welding and quality control is hard to come by in the Philippine market (due to manpower drain), President and Founder Marcelo B. Villanueva established WITCO in July of 1991. Backed up by his qualifications and experience obtained in his dacades in the steel construction and testing industries, he put up WITCO to organize, train, motivate, and maintain a pool of highly qualified personnel in welding and quality control.
